Newton’s Product Safety Compliance Statement
As a part of our commitment to deliver value to our clients, we have
implemented stringent controls to ensure that the products you purchase
through Newton are safe under new federal CPSIA regulations. Not only
does this make smart business sense, but, first and foremost, it is the
right thing to do.
Each supplier we work with agrees with Newton’s Code of Conduct,
verifying that each of their products comply with appropriate federal,
state, and international laws. This agreement assures that products are
fully tested and appropriately labeled when necessary. Each supplier
confirms that their products are produced in a socially and
environmentally responsible way.
Every supplier indemnifies Newton, our clients, and representatives on
the products they create.
To properly assist Newton’s customers with these complex issues, we've
offered webinars on CPSIA and CPSC regulations to all our
representatives and associates. We will offer ongoing education on these
important issues.
